1. What services does Cab4U provide?

Cab4u provides services connected with individual and group transport in Cracow (Kraków) and Breslau (Wrocław). We transfer our customers from and to airports and hotels. Furthermore, we offer toruist trips to interesting places in Southern Poland.

2. Do your drivers and chauffeurs are authorized to drive a motor vehicles?

All our drivers and chauffeurs are authorized to drive vehicles in Poland and Europe.

3. Do your chauffeurs and drivers speak English?

All our drivers and chauffeurs speak fluent English.

4. Is smoking allowed in your vehicles?

Out of concern for the comfort of all our passengers, smoking is not allowed in our vehicles.

5. What form of payments do you accept?

Answer:

Customers can pay for her/his service directly to a chauffeur: by cash, a credit card.

6. Do I have to make an advance payment?

8. What vehicles do you use?

Our fleet consists of Mercedes vehicles.  Our clients can choose from the following models: C-Class, E-Class, Vito, Viano and Sprinter. We use luxury coaches produced by Volvo and Setra.

9. Are your prices fixed?

Prices in our website are fixed and non-negotiable.  In case of individually configured services, its price can be negotiated.

10. How are your services different from those of any other regular taxi service?

Cab4u’s fleet is owned by a single individual.  Thus, we are able to systematically monitor the quality of provided services, as well as, keep our vehicles in good condition, both technical and aesthetic.  Our drivers and chauffeurs speak fluent English. They look smart and are well mannered.  We see to it  that your transport is safe and comfortable. We respect our clients, so we prioritize punctuality.

11. Are the prices in your website for cost of a vehicle or a person?

In case of transfers of up to 8 people, the price is for a vehicle. In case of trips, the cost is given on a pricelist in our website.

Questions regarding one-day trips

12. Can you help me to book a guide? Will I have to pay extra for this service?

Booking a guide by us is free. However, you will need to pay for hiring a guide.

13. What is included in a price of a trip?

A price includes a cost of transfer, driver idle time fee, highway fees, parking fees.

14. How long will a trip take?

Estimated time of sightseeing for each trip is available in  our website, under the bookmark: “Trips”

15. Will a car be waiting for me?

A driver will be waiting for you at a car park.

16. Will I have to share a car with other people?

No. In case of individual trips you do not have to share a car with other passengers.

17. Will my driver help me buy admission tickets?

Yes. You driver will help you buy tickets and he will show you where  a given sightseeing tour begins.

19. Do tourist guides speak other languages than Polish?

Yes. In every destination we have in our offer a  guide fluent in English who you can hire.

20. Will I have to cover any additional costs like motorway fees or parking fees?

The cost of a trip is fixed and includes all expenses, except admission fees and tourist guide fees.

21. Is there a meal break during a one-day trip?

Yes. There is a one-hour meal break during a one-day trip.

22. Will I be charged for meal breaks?

In case of one-day trips,  meal breaks are free of charge.

23. Is a duration of a given trip limited?

Yes, it is. Our trips are one-day trips (journey and sightseeing).  A programme of a given trip  is arranged in a way  that You can visit as many attractions as possible.

Questions regarding transfers

24. Can I order a service to any location?

Cab4u company provides transport to any location in Breslau (Wrocław) and Cracow (Kraków).

25. I have a large amount of luggage. Will there be enough room in your vehicle?

If you have a large amount of luggage  (orit has atypical shape) we ask you to tick an appropriate option in the booking form. Alternatively you can inform our Customer Service Centre at phone number: (48) 533-604-704.

26. Will I pay more if there is a traffic jam?

No. A payment for a given transfer is fixed, regardless of possible traffic difficulties.

27. Will I receive a receipt?

We will issue a VAT invoice or receipt for all services provided by us.

28. How will I know that my order has been placed successfully

29. I have not received an order confirmation. What should I do?

When your order has not been confirmed, we would ask you to call our Customer Service Centre at: (48) 533 – 604 – 704.

30. How much ahead should I book your services?

We advise you to book your service at least 24 hours in advance. On the other hand, in Breslau (Wrocław) and Cracow (Kraków) your order will may be fulfilled within 15 minutes.

31. Can I book your service when my group is larger than 8 people?

Yes. Cab4u has a fleet of vehicles like VANs, minibuses, and coaches. We are able to service larger groups (a few dozen) of passengers.  If you want to book  transport for a larger group, you need to contact our Customer Service Centre at phone number: (48) 533 – 604 – 704.

What is airport transfer? 

Cab4u  provides individual transport services mainly from and to Cracow (Kraków) Balice airport and Breslau (Wrocław) Starachowice airport. Nevertheless, you can contact our Customer Service Centre at phone number: (48 ) 533-604-704 and place an order for a transfer from any European and Polish airport.

34. Can I make changes to my order before my departure?

You can change your order but no later than 2 hours before it is to be fulfilled.

35. Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel our services but not later than 24 hours in advance.

36. How can I find my driver at an airport?

Your driver will be waiting for you at an airport lounge. In order to make it easy for You to spot him/her, the driver  will  wear the logo of Cab4u and  hold a plate with your name written in it.

37. What happens if my plane is late or early?

Our dispatcher monitors arriving flights. Thus, we are able to transfer our customers on time.

39. What happens if I am late for my plan?

In emergency situations we  will spare no effort to help you. We ask you to immediately contact our dispatcher by phone:  48 533 604 704, or by e-mail: biuro@cab4u.pl

40. How will I find my driver if I he is to pick me up from a hotel?

A driver will be waiting for you in a hotel lobby. In order to make it easy for You to spot him/her, the driver  will  wear the logo of Cab4u and  hold a plate with your name written in it.

41. How will I find my driver if I arrive by train?

Your driver will be waiting for you at the platform that your train stops. In order to make it easy for You to spot him/her, the driver  will  wear the logo of Cab4u and  hold a plate with your name written in it.

42. What I am to do if I can’t find my driver?

43. I have left something in your car. How can I collect it?

44. Will I have to pay for delivering my luggage, if I accidentally leave it in a car?

Yes.  A cost of delivery will depend on a distance we will have to cover to return your luggage to You.
